Document Description
The Applicant proposes to remove and replace the existing L-shaped floating dock. The area of the dock is approximately 0.0456 acre (1,984 square feet). The replacement structure will be the same size and shape and there will be no net change in the overall surface water area cover within the water. The dock segments will be floated to/away from a nearby boat launch ramp and hand tools will be used to perform the work. The existing gangways will be reused, and no pilings will be removed or replaced.
