Document Description
The project consists of the approval of two licensing agreements for two pipeline crossings included in the Glen Helen Grade Separation Project (DPW WO#H14057). The license agreements include a pipeline license agreement with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and a pipeline crossing agreement with Union Pacific Railroad. The agreements are required to acquire non-exclusive licenses from the railroad companies referenced above, to allow for ongoing, per mitted use of railroad right-of-way thereby allowing the County to construct storm drain improvements adjacent to the grade separation structure.
