Document Description
The proposed 2025 LRDP would continue development and operation of 202-acre LBNL campus (LBNL is both a UC campus and a U.S. National Laboratory). Over 20 year period (2025-2045), built space would increase ~12% and campus population would increase ~40% over 2024 levels (population would actually decrease from pre-Covid levels). Land use patterns would not change. New development would be mostly in-fill, and mostly to replace seismically deficient lab/office buildings.
