Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to construct a new multi-parcel pier at the subject properties on Lake Tahoe. The pier will be constructed of steel piles driven using a barge mounted pile driver. The pier will also contain two 12,000-pound boat lifts and two adjustable catwalks. The pier will extend 145.9 feet lakeward from the high-water line.
