The purpose of the Project is to construct a new single-parcel pier for recreational use with a 12,000 lb. boat lift at the subject property in Lake Tahoe. One existing mooring buoy will be removed. The proposed pier will be a total of 255 feet long by 7 feet wide with a pierhead that is 45 feet long by 10 feet wide.
