Consistent with CEQA Guidelines Section 15262, the proposed project involves preparation of a feasibility study to assess the function and identify possible improvements to the ReSource Center compositing management unit stormwater collection and pumping system. No approval or funding for the improvements is associated with the feasibility study and any project resulting from the feasibility study would be evaluated with respect to consistency with the prior CEQA review prepared for the ReSource Center pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162. Therefore, the proposed feasibility study can be found to be statutorily exempt from CEQA.
