Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to Humboldt Redwoods State Park to allow for vegetation management along existing electrical distribution lines (Rio Dell 1102 12 kV and Fruitland 1141 12kV). The proposed work will trim 246 trees (at 246 locations) to allow for up to approx. 14-ft of clearance from PG&E facilities, remove 20 trees (at 20 locations) and remove 250 brush units (at 68 locations).
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
