Document Description
The Specific Plan Amendment allows commercial retail or mixed-use development on the south half of the 10 acre site. The north half is currently developed as a commercial shopping center. The Site Development Permit approves the site plan, architecture and landscape plan for an 89 units multi-family residential project. The Tentative Tract Map proposes to subdivide the southern half of the project site into three lots corresponding to the distribution of the multifamily units.
