This project purposes to replace the existing asphalt and does not involve expansion of use or facilities beyond existing. This project allows commercial structure with a new structure of the same size, purpose, and capacity. The CSA 18 road paving project proposes a new road paving structure designed to offer the same size, purpose, and capacity as the existing roads.
