CSA 18 Cedarpines road paving project involves pulverizing the existing asphalt roadways covering 49,387 square feet, grading and shaping, compacting the road's subgrade that spans 9,9991 square feet, and paving 59,378 square feet with compacted hot mix asphalt. This includes feather overlay at all driveways and road parking areas, a total of 15; protection in place, a total of 75 each; sweeping, clean up, traffic control, and all other necessary to items to complete the project as per the bid document and plans and specifications.

Existing facilities allows for operation, repair, maintenance, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination but not limited to: existing highway and streets. This project purposes to replace the existing asphalt and does not involve expansion of use or facilities beyond existing. This project allows commercial structure with a new structure of the same size, purpose, and capacity. The CSA 18 road paving project proposes a new road paving structure designed to offer the same size, purpose, and capacity as the existing roads.
