Document Description
Parcel Map 24-01 is proposed as part of the Project to create two parcels of approximately 6.28 acres Parcel 1) and 3.58 acres (Parcel 2). The proposed Project also includes Conditional Use Permit 24-02, to allow for the development on Parcel 1, consisting of a 16-pump automobile fueling facility, a 6-pump truck fueling facility, a 5,440 sq.ft. convenience market, two fast-food restaurants, and a stormwater retention basin. Project construction will also include associated parking, site landscaping, and lighting.
