Document Description
The Project aims to identify a preferred project for recycled water use within Coastside County Water District’s service area. The District is in need of water supply to diversify and supplement the current water sources. The study will narrow down several conceptual recycled water alternatives into a focused set of alternatives for detailed analysis. The conceptual recycled water alternatives will be put through an initial screening process and qualitatively ranked based on criteria deemed important to Coastside CWD. Following the initial screening, up to 4 alternatives will be selected for a detailed alternatives analysis, and a project will be recommended for implementation based on the results of the detailed analysis. The study will include a conceptual design as well as preliminary implementation and financing plans for the recommended project.
