Document Description
A Minor Modification request to install 3 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) dispensers and construct an approximately 2,500 sq. ft. equipment enclosure at an existing Chevron service station located at 151 Crocker Drive (APN 0133-680-010). The dispensers would be located under the existing diesel canopy. The enclosure would be located along the rear property line and would consist of an 8 ft. tall CMU block wall with decorative pilasters to enclose 12 storage tanks, 2 compressors, and 1 CNG dryer. Other site improvements include an electrical transformer along the rear property line, landscaping, and a meter set assembly (MSA) area along the front property line on Crocker Drive.
