Document Description
Caltrans proposes a highway maintenance pavement preservation project to micro-surface the main lanes of northbound and southbound State Route 86 (SR 86) to preserve the life of the existing pavement. The project site is located in Imperial County in and near El Centro and Brawley from McCabe Road to Imperial Avenue, and from I Street to 0.3 miles north of the New River Bridge. No work will take place between the two locations. The work also includes restriping on the areas that include pavement work. No additional right-of-way or permits are needed for this project.
