Document Description
The Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District is in the process of renewing an existing 49-year lease agreement with the California State Land Commission (Lease 4110) along Alameda Creek, Zone 5, Line A, in the Cities of Hayward, Union City, and Fremont, for maintenance access and stormwater conveyance rights crossing over strips of State of California owned lands located within Alameda Creek Flood Control Channel. The continual occasional maintenance access and stormwater conveyance will not have any significant effect on the environment. Therefore, the execution of a renewal to the existing Land Use Lease agreement will not have any significant effect on the environment and the above categorical exemption applies.
