Document Description
The project consists of decommissioning three off-site groundwater monitoring wells (MW-9, MW-10, and MW-11) and installation of two off-site groundwater monitoring wells (MW-9R and MW-15). Wells MW-9, MW-10, and MW-11 are located in the alley to the east of the subject property, within the public right-of-way. Well MW-9R will be installed in the alley to the east of the subject property and well MW-15 will be installed in the public right-of-way on Adenmoor Avenue. Other public agencies whose approval for this project may be required include the City of Lakewood Building and Safety Section of the Community Development and Public Works Departments for an encroachment permit.
