The City of Concord is constructing the East Downtown Concord PDA Access & Safe Routes to Transit Project (City Project No. 2457) to consist of, in general, installing new concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways on The Alameda, 6th Street, and Parkside Drive. Work also includes traffic signal modifications at the intersection of Concord Blvd & 6th Street, relocation of existing landscaping in conflict with new concrete improvements, traffic striping, tree removals, tree planting, utility cover adjustments, minor asphalt paving work, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.
