Document Description
The Project involves proposed Development Permit Type-D (DP-D 23-13) for the development of an industrial warehouse facility. The proposed building is designed to have up to 557,000 s.f. of interior floor space, which includes up to 552,000 s.f. of ground floor space and 5,000 s.f. of mezzanine space. An office would be located at the southwest corner of the building, with 5,000 s.f. on both the lower level and mezzanine level, for a total office space of 10,000 s.f. Eighty (80) dock doors are proposed on the south side of the building. The Project also would include the installation drive aisles, parking areas, landscaping, on-site and off-site utility infrastructure, exterior lighting, walls/fencing, and signage.
