Document Description
Hearing to consider a request by Michael Tacconi and Shauna Bryan for a Variance (N-DRC2022-00034) to allow for grading on slopes exceeding 30 percent for the purpose of widening and constructing an all-weather access road, an approximately 2,400 square-foot single family dwelling with a 983 square-foot detached garage/workshop, and other site improvements that include a water tank and septic leach field. The project would result in an area of disturbance of approximately 50,670 square-feet (1.16 acres) with 1,870 cubic yards (cy) of cut and 985 cy of fill on an approximately 18-acre parcel; excess fill material will be spread on a southern portion of the project site. The project is located on Santa Rosa Creek Road approximately 9.5 miles west of the community of Templeton, within the Agriculture land use category in the Adelaida sub area of the North County planning area.
