Document Description
The County is processing a rezone and General Plan amendment for properties within the Texas Hill Reservoir Take Line (lands previously identified for the potential Texas Hill Reservoir) in order to allow residential uses on these parcels consistent with other residentially-zoned parcels in the vicinity. The project will remove the “Texas Hill Reservoir Take Line” from the General Plan Land Use Map and remove General Plan Policy 2.2.6.5 (Land Use Element - Texas Hill Reservoir Take Line) from the General Plan Land Use Element.
