Document Description
The project proposes removing invasive trees and shrubs, thinning out the trees under 4” diameter, for trees 4” and larger they will be limbed from ground to 10 feet. The plan includes area approximately 30 feet around our structures (Iverson and Gauntlett Reservoirs, power line run to the Gauntlett Control Building, the Gauntlett Control Building, the Gauntlett wells, Sunset Reservoir, Cadoul Reservoir and the Revel Booster Pump Station. It also will include 10 to 20 feet on either side if roads to the City facilities.

The Project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(b) and 15301(d) and 15301(h) (existing facilities) because the project consists of the operation, repair, and maintenance of public facilities and involves negligible or no expansion of the existing use and involves the maintenance of existing landscaping and native growth. In addition, none of the exceptions to the exemption identified in CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 are present.
