The project consists an Easement For Electrical Facilities granted to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) to construct, place, inspect, remove, replace, maintain and use electrical and communication facilities consisting of aerial wires and cables, with associated poles, crossarms, braces, transformers, capacitors, switches, anchors, guy wires, guy stubs, and all necessary fixtures and appurtenances. The easement area includes two strips of land: (1) 10 feet wide by 41 feet long, and (2) two feet wide by 11 feet long, within the Sacramento County Department of Water Resources Gerber Creek Drainage Channel.
