Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-INY-45119-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison.
The project is limited to repairing the concrete heel block on the upstream face of the Lake Sabrina service spillway to address stability concerns necessary to comply with the requirements of the FERC and Division of Safety of Dams. To facilitate the repairs, dewatering, potholing, installation of a temporary access bridge and work platform, removal of existing rip-rap, and repair/reinforcement of the service spillway will occur.
Project activities described above are anticipated to temporarily impact 0.15 acres (168 linear feet) and permanently impact 0.009 acres (40 linear feet) of resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602.
