Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to Sue-Meg State Park to allow for the installation of platform-mounted regulator bank along the Trinidad 1102 12 kV electrical distribution line. Crews will use existing roads to bring vehicles and equipment close to the work area and clean gravel may be placed at the site of overland travel. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
