Document Description
This project consists of phased improvements. (Phase 1) The first phase includes site improvements to install concrete and signage by restrooms to facilitate accessibility, install 2 picnic tables with corresponding ADA access and path of travel, grind uplifted pavement and fill in missing portion of concrete in plaza, install conduit and underground vaults for future security camera, install ADA hydration station, replace 2 benches and install 2 additional benches, install wattles and wire mesh in dog park, and replace 4 single arm street lights with dual arm street lights and install 1 new single arm street light. (Phase 2) This second phase includes various repairs to refurbish the existing bandshell and installation of a new pole for new stage lighting.
