Reasons for Exemption
The project involves only a minor change to an existing facility, resulting in no or a negligible expansion of the existing use. This additional engine and the structure associated with it is a negligible expansion of that use and the engine will only be used for the purpose of providing power to a fire suppression water pump within the facility in the event of an emergency. The project will not have any significant environmental impacts, and cumulative impacts from successive projects of the same type in the same place will not result in significant environmental impacts.
