Document Description
The project entails demolition and remodeling of an existing kitchen facility, as well as installation of exterior lighting and upgrades to a parking area, including addition of an ADA accessible parking stall. All proposed activities are located at existing facilities, on a previously disturbed and built site. No new ground disturbance will occur, and all work will be confined to the footprint of existing facilities. Staging of materials and any vehicles/equipment related to construction activities will be confined to existing parking areas at the Baseline Fire Center facility.
