One of the two QSRs would contain a drive thru window, providing service via a drive thru lane wrapping around the building. The site would include a 6-pump fuel station with a canopy and a 2-pump truck fuel station with a canopy. The project also proposes to construct a private on-site drainage basin, collecting storm water and retaining it within the bounds of the property.
