Document Description
The Tulare County General Services Agency – Parks Department (TC Parks) owns and operates Cutler Park. TC Parks, has received grant funding for park improvements through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for Cutler Park. The proposed improvements to the park are intended to improve County and community infrastructure to respond effectively and efficiently to current and future public health emergencies. The proposed project includes improvement to the existing roadways within Cutler Park including, but not limited to, demolition of the old road, grading and sloping, subbase preparation, asphalt installation, earthwork, joint and transitions, and all other associated work necessary to pave the interior road at Cutler Park. The purpose of the project is to provide improved access to the park thereby engaging County residents in outdoor activities.

Therefore, the application of CEQA Section 15301 is applicable and appropriate for this project.
