Document Description
The project will install Solar Photovoltaic System(s) (PV) mounted carport structures, install Battery Energy Storage System(s) (BESS), and have conduit routed from the carports to the electrical room located on the west side of the building. The project will also remove trees from the parking lot, which are not native or over the age of 25 years. The installation of Solar PVs will generate electric power from sunlight to support the South County Justice Center and its occupants, which will minimize electricity draws from the Statewide power grid.
