The purpose is to prevent potential roadway flooding during storm events. The project is needed because the pump plant facility was vandalized and sustained significant damage during copper wire theft. This director’s order will include replace the pump motor, remove and replace conductor wires. Install audible and visual intrusion an alarm system for pump plant entry. Repair damaged astragal at the pump house entry door.
