Frontier Communications proposes the installation of 14,403 feet of fiber optic cable by means of underground placement located along the following roads: Pencil Road, Wood Duck Lane, Bufflehead Drive, Jaguar Drive, Pintail Drive, Possum Lane, Pheasant Drive, Moose Lane, Red Deer Lane, Mountain Quail Lane and Mallard Lane. The Project consists primarily of repair, maintenance and minor alteration of existing public structures and facilities within an existing transportation and utility corridor.
