Document Description
The project site is an approximately 20,000 square foot (0.48 acre) site composed of five parcels located on the southwest corner of the intersection at 11th and Natoma streets in the Western SOMA neighborhood. The proposed project would demolish and remove five existing buildings, currently occupied by a restaurant and equipment supply warehouse, and would construct a new public park, including a multiple use sports court, children's playground, and landscaping features. The proposed project would require excavation of approximately 3,000 cubic yards. No off-street parking is proposed.
