The proposed project is an award of contract to Ace Parking III, LLC for airport parking management and shuttle services that includes management of self-park operations in designated parking structures and parking lots, the employee parking lot, the commercial hold lot and the cell phone lot using John Wayne Airport’s existing parking access and revenue control system. The services also include janitorial and maintenance services in the parking areas, in addition to the operation and management of valet parking with car wash and detail services to valet customers. Services also include the operation of a courtesy shuttle and employee shuttle routes.
