Document Description
CDCR Division of Adult Paroles, will lease approximately 9,000 square foot office located in San Leandro, CA. The project will involve interior renovations and build out of an existing office including replacing ceiling tiles, electrical fixtures, paint, carpeting, flooring, and roll up shades. The project also includes upgrading to the security system security improvements including exterior, alarm keypads, and key card readers. This project is needed as the current location in Oakland has structural issues and the Lessor is reluctant to move forward with a Lease Renewal and to provide a clean and safe work environment for staff and parolees.
