The action is Categorically Exempt per Section 15301 (Class 1 - Existing Facilities) and Section 15323 (Class 23 -Normal Operations for Public Facilities) and in that the Project memorializes the operational hours that have been in place since the Nature Trail was opened to the public in 2009, and involves negligible or no expansion of use; and there is no reasonable possibility of having a significant effect on the environment.
