The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-45419-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Noah Covarrubias. The Project is limited to grading of the ephemeral stream in association with the placement of two residential prefabricated buildings.
