This project will install an aeration system in the lagoon to more efficiently process the wastewater and reduce odors.

Reasons for Exemption
This project will not change or expand the use or operation of the sewer lagoon. It will simply make the current operation more efficient and reduce odors. All construction activity will occur in a previously disturbed area (old campsite) that is denude of vegetation. Construction activity is limited to pouring a small concrete pad, running overhead powerlines, and sinking blowers in the sewer lagoon.
