Reasons for Exemption
This ordinance amends the zoning code to allow detached accessory buildings to be located within one (1) foot of any rear property line when the rear property line is adjacent to an alley right-of-way, street right-of-way, park or other open space. In addition, if an accessory building is no larger than 120 square feet, it may be permitted.
