Document Description
DWR and Contractor will replace the roofs of two buildings within SLFD HQ. The O&M center Surveillance Building and Survey Building will have the roofing construction. The new roofs shall fit within the existing roofing system. New components will be trucked to the work location and placed in staging areas. Existing roofing components will be cut and removed. Waste will be disposed off-site appropriately. All work is within DWR right of way.

The State Water Project provides significant and critical services to many Californians. This project is exempt because it involves exterior alterations of the existing facility.
