Document Description
Project proposes to replace two
(2) existing chemical toilets with three (3) new XLT model chemical toilets at Montara State Beach to enhance overall appearance and improve functionality for park visitors. Work will:
• Remove an existing walled partition and the existing chemical toilets;
• Perform minor pruning and limbing of existing vegetation;
• Excavate up to ten (10) 12-in. x 12-in. post holes;
• Install up to ten (10) wooden posts and backfill around the posts with excavated soils to secure;
• Attach sixteen (16) wooden rails to the posts;
• Grade the surrounding area to level; and
• Install two (2) (XLT) model chemical toilets and one (1) (XLT) ADA accessible chemical toilet.

healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry or agricultural purposes.
