The proposed project site is currently in the County of Tulare, but within the City of Tulare Sphere of Influence and Urban Development Boundary. The proposed project is the development of 255 single family residential units and a public park. The project has access to Bardley Avenue and future Oakmore Street. The proposed project includes on-site infrastructure, including new interior streets, widening of existing pavement along Bardsley Avenue and installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk along Bardsley Avenue and Oakmore Streets as well as within the proposed subdivision. Project also includes extension of wet and dry utilities. Construction is estimated to be from September 2024 through July 2026
