Zoning Text Amendments to amend the Vacaville Municipal Code and the Vacaville Gateways Master Plan to create policies, procedures, and standards for digital freeway billboards. Digital billboards would be conditionally permitted along I-80 and I-505 between Vaca Valley Pkwy and Midway Rd. The project also includes a request from Clear Channel Outdoor to convert an existing 672 sq. ft. static freeway billboard into a 672 sq. ft. digital billboard located along eastbound I-80 and north of Kilkenny Road.
