Document Description
The project proposal is to amend the Vacaville Municipal Code to conditionally permit up to 16 new digital billboards along the Interstate 80 and Interstate 505 corridors, with ancillary drought-tolerant landscaping. The project also includes a request to convert an existing 672 sq. ft. static billboard into a 672 sq. ft. digital billboard. The Ordinance would require the removal of at least three billboard structures or four billboard sign faces, whichever is greater, or provide in-lieu benefits. The Ordinance would establish design requirements, development and performance standards. Each billboard would be subject to separate discretionary review by the Vacaville City Council.
