Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBA-36105-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Gas Company represented by Wesley Pollard.
The project is limited to activities required to inspect and repair/replace a 215-linear foot section of Southern California Gas Line 247 (L247) within Dos Pueblos Creek and its tributary. The overall project includes one workspace, one existing access road, and one laydown yard, each of which partially encroach into CDFW stream habitat. Areas of encroachment will undergo vegetation trimming and some tree removal. Excavation will be required to expose and work on the gas line. The project will also include the implementation of a temporary creek diversion/de-watering plan. Following repair and replacement of the pipeline, the site will be restored to preexisting conditions. Equipment proposed to complete this project includes, but is not limited to, excavator, backhoe, side boom, crane or heavy lift, gang truck, flatbed truck, welding truck, pickup truck, portable equipment such as generators and air compressors, crew trucks, and portable restrooms.
