In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CE}A), the proposed resolution has been deemed to be exempt from further environmental review as there is no possibility that the proposed action would have a significant impact on the environment pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). The proposed resolution is a planning document only, and does not authorize any physical changes to the environment or fuels treatment. As such, the project has been deemed statutorily exempt from CEQA per Section 15262, feasibility and planning studies.
