ACWD desires to replace pipelines on portions of residential streets throughout Fremont. The pipeline replacement work involves the replacement of approximately 3 miles of existing water mains with the installation of larger diameter pipe, and replacement of water services connections to all properties. The project will result in minor alteration to the existing topography but does not expand the existing use of the facility. The project involves replacement or reconstruction of existing structures or facilities on the same site. The project involves new construction of small facilities and/or structures. The project will make minor alterations in the condition of land and vegetation but does not remove any trees.
