Document Description
The project consists of leasing property to utilize an existing dozer barn to store a CAL FIRE dozer. The dozer barn in located on an existing active North County Fire Protection District Fire Station. The station is located at 2309 Rainbow Valley Boulevard, Fallbrook, CA 92028.
The lease will be active for 12 years and will consist of approximately 1,560 sf of dozer storage barn space. The space is necessary to accommodate new equipment and expanded services for fire suppression activities. No other improvements are proposed.
