The project consists of leasing approximately 22,829 sf within an existing building located at 3421 Palmer Drive, Cameron Park, CA 95682. CAL FIRE will utilize this building for 154 hand crew staff. This Ponderosa Fire Crew will utilize the existing space for purposes of housing/barracks and office space. The structure was previously a Senior Living Facility and provides many of the amenities that is necessary for the fire crew. Minor interior tenant improvements may be necessary in the future. No other work is being proposed.
