Document Description
The purpose of this Project is to reconstruct Whitney Portal Road and its embankments. This will include the placement of riprap and the upsizing of the culvert that conveys Lone Pine Creek from 8’ x 5’ to a double barrel 12’ x10’. Temporary impacts to jurisdictional waters will result from equipment/machinery access associated with construction. Permanent impacts to waters of the State will result from the placement of riprap and the increased footprint of the new culvert.
