Document Description
The Project consists of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Amendment permit associated with a vehicle sales and service use for an existing single-story building and surface parking lot. The proposed use will reduce the overall floor area of the existing building and maintain the existing building envelope. The project will be maintaining the existing 24 on-site parking spaces. Light maintenance service will be provided on site, including diagnostic testing and electronics programming. The Planning Commission conditionally approved the Project and associated Conditional Use Permit Amendment Permit.
